Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

You have thirty (30) calendar days to inform us of any damage or defective product to receive a replacement or full refund from the date you received your item.  This is noted by your tracking number as the "delivery date."  NVRs are NOT returnable for credit or refunds if tamper-evident seal is torn, peeled off, or otherwise shows signs of manipulation. Note: NVR hard drive serial numbers and model numbers are scanned and logged to NVRs serial number (marked by serialized silver warranty sticker on underside of NVR).  In addition, we kindly ask for you to attempt to keep all packaging materials for at least 30 days, should the need for a return arises.  ALL original packaging material and ALL original items in package when delivered, need to be returned in its entirety in order to receive a full refund.  A partial refund may be given if items are missing and/or damaged. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly package item as, so it does not get damaged in transit.  Please contact us and we will issue a shipping label prior to shipping your item back to us.   

REFUNDS

Once we have received your proof of purchase, we will immediately notify you on your status of your refund or replacement.  A refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) will be initiated.  You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

SHIPPING

We try to ship your orders as soon as we can to ensure customer satisfaction. Our courier of choice is FedEx, and we try to ship on same day order is placed.
